H&L Level Up Dad Promotion

The H&L Level Up Dad Promotion will run from June 11–30, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to residents of Jamaica who are registered members of the H&L Club Loyalty Programme.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entries are generated through loyalty card transactions.
• Customers collect points with each loyalty card transaction. Each point counts as an entry, increasing their chances of being selected as a winner.
• Companies and institutions are not eligible to participate.
• Hardware & Lumber employees and their immediate families (defined as spouse, children, mother, father, or siblings) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, customers must present and use their H&L Club Loyalty Card at checkout when shopping at any of our participating outlets or online at www.hardwareandlumber.com during the promotion period.

Each qualifying transaction will be automatically recorded in Hardware & Lumber’s ERP system and entered into the promotion database. No manual entry is required.

WINNER SELECTION

Random draws will be conducted from the database of eligible entries.

• Only purchases made up to 5:00 p.m. on the day preceding each draw will be included in that draw.
• Non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent draws, including the Grand Prize draw.
• Winners will be contacted by the Marketing team at Hardware & Lumber.
• Winners of the Weekend with Dad prize must provide their intended travel dates to H&L by July 31, 2025.
• Getaway stays must be completed by December 15, 2025.
• Winners are responsible for any documents required by the hotel.
• Winners are also responsible for travel expenses such as transportation.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.

DRAW DATES & DETAILS

• Draw 1: June 18, 2025 – Relax with Dad (8 winners), Dine with Dad (10 winners), Health Comes First (10 winners)
• Draw 2: June 25, 2025 – Relax with Dad (7 winners), Dine with Dad (10 winners), Health Comes First (10 winners)
• Final Draw: July 1, 2025 – Weekend with Dad (3 winners)

Draw Location: H&L Head Office, 697 Spanish Town Road, Kingston 11.

Draws will use all eligible entries from purchases made up to 5:00 p.m. the day before. Winners will be selected by 4:00 p.m. using a randomizer tool (random.org) from the ERP database.

Each customer can win only one prize.

Backup winners will be drawn per category and used in the order drawn:

• Draw 1 – Relax with Dad (8), Dine with Dad (10), Health Comes First (10)
• Draw 2 – Relax with Dad (7), Dine with Dad (10), Health Comes First (10)
• Final Draw – Weekend with Dad (3)

Winners will be contacted by phone (3 attempts per day over 3 days). If unreachable, they will be contacted via email, WhatsApp, or SMS with this message:

“Good Day, we are trying to get in touch with you to inform you that you have been randomly selected as a winner in the H&L Level Up Dad Promotion. Please confirm your receipt of this message.”

If no response is received after 3 days, the backup winner will be contacted.

Winners will be instructed to claim their prize at any H&L Rapid True Value store or at the H&L Head Office. A valid government-issued ID is required. If a winner fails to claim the prize within 15 days, the backup will be contacted. If the backup also fails, the prize will be forfeited.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE VALUE

Winners in the Health Comes First category will receive a Men’s Wellness Check-Up Voucher redeemable at Dr. Wellington/Burlington Health, valued at approximately J$6,000 each. There are 20 winners total across both draw dates.

Winners in the Relax with Dad category will receive a Spa or Grooming Gift Certificate for services at Totally Male Spa, valued at approximately J$4,000 each. A total of 15 winners will be selected across the promotion.

Winners in the Dine with Dad category will receive a Lunch Gift Certificate through Gift Me, each valued at approximately J$6,000. This prize will also be awarded to 20 winners in total.

The Weekend with Dad category will award three (3) grand prize winners with a two-night, all-inclusive weekend getaway for two persons. Options include Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort, Iberostar Jamaica, or RIU Jamaica. Each trip is valued at approximately J$193,200.

Winners of the “Weekend with Dad” prize must provide their intended travel dates by July 31, 2025. Stays must be completed by December 15, 2025.

Blackout dates apply as follows:

• Iberostar: June 23 – July 20 and August 13 – October 31
• Grand Palladium: All Jamaican National Holidays including Heroes Weekend, Emancipation Day, and Independence Day
• RIU: July 4, 2025

All prize values are estimates and subject to change based on availability and supplier pricing. Taxes and fees will be covered by H&L, and winners will not be required to pay any additional charges. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

RELEASES

Hardware & Lumber reserves the right to use winners’ names, images, or voices in promotional activity without additional compensation. Refusal may result in forfeiture of the prize.
